Itinerary in details
Day 01; Arrival Ha Noi
Arrive at Hanoi international airport Transfer to Hotel. Upon arrival, you will have free leisure time to freshen up before enjoying a tour of the city and its surroundings.
Overnight in Ha Noi.
Day 02; Ha Noi city tour (B,L)
Today, we have full-day tour of Vietnam’s capital city. You will visit the house on - stilts of Ho Chi Minh ( this is where our uncle Ho spent the rest of his life ) and the One Pillar Pagoda ( it was constructed in 1049) and the Literature Temple ( a habitual symbol of Hanoi ), the Museum of Ethnology. After lunch, pay a visit to the Hoan Kiem lake with its Ngoc Son temple. Continue to visit the Old Quarter of Hanoi by cyclo. Enjoy a kind of traditional Vietnamese stage-art.
Overnight in Ha Noi.
Day 03; Ha Noi- Ha Long Bay (B,L, D)
After breakfast, you will be transferred to Halong Bay, which will take about 3 hours. Arrive Halong bay you will board to cruise around Halong bay and soak in the misty atmosphere of this world heritage site. Halong bay is a breathtaking secluded bay with over 3,000 limestone islands rising from the clear emerald waters of the Bac Bo gulf. It is one of the most magnificent scenic regions in Vietnam and has been referred to as the 8th Wonder of the World. The area of about 1500sq km is dotted with innumerable beaches and grottoes, created over thousands of year by the waves and wind. You will have the opportunity to swim from your boat and explore some caves. You will enjoy a seafood feast for lunch on board. We will continue our excursion around this stunning bay until the sun comes down. Overnight on boat
Day 04; Ha Long Bay- Ha Noi (B,L)
We have a whole morning on boat exploring the amazing limestone backdrops. We are treated to a seafood lunch before drive transfer back to Hanoi. Overnight at hotel in Hanoi.
Day 05; Ha Noi- Hue (B)
Free leisure until transfer to flight Ha Noi- Hue. Visit Citadel and Imperial purple city.
Overnight in Hue.
Day 06; Hue- Da Nang- Hoi An (B, L)
AM: Take boat trip along Purfume River and visit Thien Mu pagoda, considered by many as the unofficial symbol of Hue. It is active Buddhist monastery with its origins dating back to 1601. One of its most poignant displays is a car belonging to a former monk, who in 1963, drove to Saigon and set himself alight to protest against the South Vietnamese regime and its cruel treating of Buddhist. Continue to visit Minh Mang Royal Tomb.
PM: Transfer to Hoian via Cloudy Pass and Danang. Visit Cham museum in Danang where display fine artifacts of Cham people. Hoi An at leisure. Overnight in Hoi An.
Day 07; Hoi An- Free leisure time (B)
Free leisure time to explore Hoi An. You can have time to enjoy the Cua Dai beach or hire bycle to visit and shopping at Hoi An ancient town. Overnight in Hoi An.
Day 08; Da Nang- Sai Gon (B)
Free leisure until to transfer to airport for flight Da Nang- Sai Gon. Afternoon, we will have a half day city tour of dynamic Ho Chi Minh City, still called Saigon by many locals, takes in the former Presidential Palace, the Notre Dame Cathedral, History Museum. Overnight in Sai Gon.
Day 09; 11th July: Me Kong Delta (B,L)
We set off this morning for a drive through the Mekong Delta to Cai Be floating market. Here we will board our private boat for a cruise along the maze of waterways and canals to Vinh Long. We will stop at the home of a Bonsai gardener for a sumptuous Delta lunch, before continuing our exploration of the tributaries and canals of the delta. Following these visits we will once again board our vehicle for the drive to Ho Chi Minh City. Overnight in Sai Gon.
Day 10; Sai Gon- Siemreap (B)
Transfer to airport for short flight to Siemreap, leisure time. Overnight in Siemreap.
Day 11; Angkor Wat (B,L)
We will embark on an elephant ride to tour of Angkor Thom. This will include the South Gate, Bayon, the Royal Enclosure, Phimeanakas, the Elephant Terrace and the Terrace of the Leper King. From here you will then make your way to visit Ta Prohm before an afternoon visit to Preah Khan, Neak Pean, East Mebon and Pre Rup temples. Overnight in Siemreap.
Day 12; Angkor Wat (B,L)
Our drive this morning will take us to Prasat Kravan, Bantaey Srei and Bantaey Kdei. This afternoon will find us at the Roulous Group of Temples - Preah Ko, Bakong Lole Temples until sunset. Overnight in Siemreap.
Day 13; Departure (B)
Free leisure time until to transfer airport for your flight to your home. The end of services.
